PETS: We love having your fur babies stay with us but, please ensure they are kept on a lead or tether at all times. For their comfort and that of other guests please ensure they are properly looked after, not left unattended on sites, any mess cleaned up and disposed of hygienically. Pets are NOT permitted in any area of the furnished units (1-12), pool or camp kitchen. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in you being asked to leave the park.

POOL RULES: The pool is for use by guests only and is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Please be mindful of the comfort of other guests and keep noise to a minimum. Your safety is our top priority, so we ask that there be no running, pushing, or bomb-diving. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. As per OH&S regulations no glass or pets are permitted within the pool or pool area.

VISITORS: Visitors are welcome whilst you are present, but firstly must report to reception and advise whom they are visiting. If visitors are staying overnight (sites or units) they must report to reception before 3:00pm, register and pay the appropriate fee. Due to the size of our pool, visitors are NOT ALLOWED to use the pool facilities.

SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted in the units, toilets/showers, laundry, camp kitchen, pool or café and reception areas. Please do not dispose of butts on the ground or in garden beds.

SPEED LIMIT: Walking pace only (5 km/h). Pedestrians always have right of way.

RENT/SITE FEES: Payable in advance on arrival. Checkout time for units and sites is 10:00am. If a later checkout is required, please speak with the park managers.

SITES/UNITS: We are very proud of the presentation of our park and ask that litter not be dropped under or around accommodation or in the park, this includes cigarette butts and bottle tops. Storage of gear under vans is not permitted. Guests in the park staying for three weeks or more are requested to clip grass around and under their vans where the larger mower cannot reach.
NO FISH CLEANING TO BE DONE ON ANY SITE, PLEASE ASK FOR DIRECTIONS TO WHERE YOU MAY CLEAN YOUR FISH.

CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour. For their safety, children under the age of 8 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the toilets and showers. For their safety, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool. Helmets must be work while riding bikes & scooters.

NOISE: No undue noise is allowed, particularly before 8:00am and after 9:00pm. All tenants have the right to peace and quiet and an enjoyable stay. NO NOISY PARTIES AT ANY TIME. When entering or leaving the park after hours, please keep the noise to a minimum, no shouting, beeping of horns or revving engines.

MISCONDUCT: Any guest or visitor whose behaviour is considered objectionable may be asked to vacate the park on request of the management. Domestic arguments will also NOT be tolerated. EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL is also unacceptable.

VEHICLES: One car per site; all other vehicles need to be parked on the street or front of the park. No vehicle maintenance work may be conducted in the park without the park manager’s approval.

RUBBISH: To be placed in bins provided. Please place “wet” rubbish, food scrap, etc. in a plastic bag that is tied off before placing in the bin.

CAMP KITCHEN: Please, keep this area and the BBQ’s clean and tidy at all times. PETS ARE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOWED IN THE CAMP KITCHEN.

FIRES/BRAZIERS: NO FIRES OR BRAZIERS ARE ALLOWED ON ANY SITES WITHIN THE CARAVAN PARK.

COVID 19: GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT MUST BE APPLIED, SOCIAL DISTANCING, HAND WASHING ETC.
We trust that you have an enjoyable stay with us and if something is not right, please let us know so that we can promptly rectify the problem.

Booking deposit policy

  • To secure (confirm) a reservation a deposit is required.
  • Bookings made online must be made with a credit card or PayPal.
  • If a booking is made online and the guest fails to notify of a cancellation or does not arrive on the day, the cancellation policy will apply.
  • Caravan/Camping sites deposit required at the time of booking:
  • Stays of 1-3 days – full payment
  • 3-10 days – a one night deposit
  • 10+ days – $100 deposit
  • Park Units & Holiday homes deposit required at the time of booking:
  • For reservations made within 7 days of arrival full payment.
  • For reservations made outside of 7 days of arrival a deposit of 1 night stay or 10% (whichever is greater), with the balance to be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
  • LONG WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS ie EASTER/CHRISTMAS FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING.

Cancellation Policy:

If due to unforeseen circumstances a reservation needs to be changed or cancelled, please contact our reception as soon as possible. Should you need to amend your reservation dates management will endeavour to accommodate your request, subject to availability, within a 3 month period.

CARAVAN & CAMP SITES

  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival – forfeiture of deposit.
  • Cancellations more than 7 days of arrival – credit for a future booking within 6 months or refund of deposit less a $20 administration fee.

PARK UNITS & HOLIDAY HOMES

  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival – full amount of stay will be charged.
  • Cancellations more than 7 days of arrival – 1 night tariff will be charged.
